The Series 6 exam is required for individuals who wish to sell only investment company shares and variable annuities. This type of registration is accepted only by FINRA/NASD "Investment Companies / Variable Annuities" member firms.
The Series 63 exam covers the principles of state securities regulation reflected in the Uniform Securities Act. In order to qualify as a securities agent, this license is required in addition to the registered representative license (e.g. Series 6 or Series 7 license).

There must be a minimum of 10 participants in order for class to happen. If the minimum is not met than class will be cancelled and your cost for the class will be refunded to you.
