The Series 65 exam is required by most states for individuals that act as investment advisor representatives. This is the only license required if an individual acts as an investment advisor representative and collects a fee.

Due to the radical changes implemented by FINRA/NASAA regarding the Series 65 exam on January 1st 2010, any older versions of Series 65 textbooks which you may have used in the past will not be supported. The total cost for this training course with materials (including Series 65 text books, and The Smart 65 online testing program) is $225.00 per person.
