Registered Representative

The Registered Representative licensing exams allow an individual to recommend, sell, or trade the securities covered by that test. These are Federal licenses. Please note that in many cases, state and local municipalities also require license(s) in addition to the Federal license.

Only individuals who are sponsored by NYSE or NASD member firms can take these exams.
